Kernel Power 41 (63) při probuzení NTB z režimu spánku

Ahoj,
potřebuji Vaši pomoc s BSOD při probouzení notebooku z režimu spánku. S touto chybou bojuji od rána a nevím si s ní rady, objevuje se VŽDY při po automatickém nebo ručním uvedení do režimu spánku a probuzení PC. K žádné HW změně v poslední době nedošlo. SW nejaké drobné instalace, ale vše co se dnes změnilo už jsem vyhodil.

HW:
Lenovo Think Pad x220
Procesor: i5-2520M
RAM: 8GB
DISK: SSD Samsung 850 EVO 500GB
Bez přetaktování a jiných úprav. Nepřehřívá se,

Dodatečně přidáno po 4 hodinách 16 minutách 13 vteřinách:
¨Zda se že se mi podařilo problém odstranit. Přes verifer podle návodu na foru jsem narazil na problém s ovladačem HDD "Samsung Rapid F5 Filtr.sys" přes který jsem se dostal akorát k BSOD. Využil jsem nabídky obnovení systému ve windows o dva dny zpět. Pak byl ale problém s hot key a power managementem od Lenova, nejely klávesové zkratky. Po laborování se staršími verzemi se mi povedlo odinstalovat všechny funkcionality a nakonec najít funkční verzi na win10.
Prozatím se zdá že je vše OK, nicméně závada neindetifikována.

Ahoj,
ano do teď to bylo v pořádku a nyní opět BSOD ale nemohu přijít na chybu. Verifier ovladačů se mi zatím nepodařilo udělat. Asi se jedná ale o jiný problém než předtím, tak zakládám nové vlákno:
